Return & Exchange Policy – Celebrity Drapes

At Celebrity Drapes, we take great care in ensuring that every saree is delivered with the utmost quality and attention to detail.
However, due to past experiences, Celebrity Drapes does not offer returns or refunds. We have designed our policy to ensure a fair and transparent process in genuine cases of concern.

Exchange Policy

An exchange will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product is defective or damaged on arrival.
  • The issue must be reported with a proper parcel opening video (from the moment the parcel is opened, clearly showing the unboxing).

Please Note:
📍 Images or videos taken after unboxing will not be accepted.
📍 The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
📍 Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
📍 Only one exchange is allowed per order. A second exchange will not be provided.
📍 Partial COD fee is non-refundable.
📍 The customer will bear the shipping cost for the exchange.

Once the above conditions are met and the product is exchanged, your request will be considered closed, and no further exchange will be provided.

How to Request an Exchange

When contacting us, kindly include:

  • Your Order ID
  • The parcel opening video
  • A brief description of the issue

Requests made without a parcel opening video or prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchange Process

  1. Once your request is reviewed and approved by our Customer Servicing Team, a pickup will be scheduled.
  2. After we receive and inspect the product, and our team confirms the issue, you will be offered one of the following options:
    Option 1: Store Credit – valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
    Option 2: Exchange for the same product (new piece).

Please note: The final decision regarding eligibility for exchange or store credit rests solely with Celebrity Drapes.

Additional Information

  • Returns and refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
  • In case the original item is no longer in stock, store credit will be issued.
