Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Once dispatched, your tracking number will be shared via email and WhatsApp, and can also be accessed through the “Your Account” section on our website.

Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard Delivery (within India): Estimated delivery time is 8-10 days from the date of dispatch.

  • Expedited Delivery: Available upon request at an additional cost. Please contact us prior to placing your order.

  • International Shipping: Currently not available.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner, and peak seasons.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Charges may vary based on order value, delivery location, and delivery speed.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes and may include a nominal COD fee.

Undelivered or Returned Packages

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, or refusal to accept will require re-shipping fees.

  • In case of damaged or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with a parcel opening video for verification.
