Return & Exchange Policy

At Celebrity Drapes, we strive to ensure you love your purchase. In the unlikely event of receiving a defective or damaged product, we offer an easy return and exchange process.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only in case of a damaged or defective product.
• A parcel opening video is mandatory to raise a return request.
• Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  Ensure to include:
• Your order ID
• The parcel opening video
• A short description of the issue

Returns sent without prior approval or without the required video will not be accepted.

Exchange Terms

Once your return is reviewed and approved by our Customer Servicing Team, you will be eligible for an exchange only.

• You may choose another saree of equal or higher value.
• If the selected saree is priced higher, the price difference will need to be paid.

Additional Information: We do not offer refunds.
